Preparation:
- Heat up soup stock with the mixture of curry paste.
- Add in fish head when the soup starts boiling.
- After the soup boils again for 5 minutes, add in veggies and spices.
- 2 minutes later, add in coconut milk and stir evenly.
- Ready to serve!

- Red Snapper Fish Head (700-800gm)
- Curry Paste (200gm)
- Coconut Milk (160gm)
- Chicken Soup Stock (300gm)
- Long Bean (100gm)
- Eggplant (100gm)
- Mixed Veggies (100gm)
