Preparation:

  1. Heat up soup stock with the mixture of curry paste.
  2. Add in fish head when the soup starts boiling.
  3. After the soup boils again for 5 minutes, add in veggies and spices.
  4. 2 minutes later, add in coconut milk and stir evenly.
  5. Ready to serve!

Ingredients:

  • Red Snapper Fish Head (700-800gm)
  • Curry Paste (200gm)
  • Coconut Milk (160gm)
  • Chicken Soup Stock (300gm)
  • Long Bean (100gm)
  • Eggplant (100gm)
  • Mixed Veggies (100gm)

Best serve: 2 to 3 pax
